Return Policy
Return Policy:
We have a 7-day return policy for seed packs, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened (wax seal intact), and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@umamiseedcompany.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a link to a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Germination Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you are unable to germinate your seeds please email us at info@umamiseedcompany.com with your order number and we will be happy to assist in a replacement. Please do not abuse this policy, we want everyone to have a great experience when growing Umami Seeds.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Apparel
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on apparel or clothing, as all of our apparel is printed on demand and drop-shipped. The only exception is if you receive an incorrect size or product. If this occurs, please email us at info@umamiseedcompany.com with your order number. We will promptly arrange a replacement and provide a shipping label for the return of the incorrect item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
